Those 100-lb weights must have helped.;-)Sock puppets are interesting little critters - they can speak, but have no life of their own. They can lose weight, but are invisible. They are unfailingly positive. Why don't we get a couple as pets, and trot them out for inspections when necessary? Or send them in to do battle when the weight loss is failing? I guess the practice is a pretty common way to deceive people into thinking a site is legitimate. There is a lot of that going on at <a HREF="http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/populardietplans/a/kimkinsdiet.htm" REL="nofollow"> Kimkins</a>. Members there talk about how they stay for the friendships they have made there, when some of those friends aren't real people.
