This has happened to me now for the last 5 months and taken they will not cancel it but don’t even send me any products but keep taking monies out of my account. I am now overdrawn on my visa and I am getting very upset about it, please. please someone must have the answer to HOW TO CANCEL?????

I made a huge mistake and ordered pure cleanse and Thermo Plus Acai. PLEASE ALL LISTEN TO WHAT I SAY. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! I have money coming out of my bank and I really do not know what to do. Please can someone help me!!!

Can someone tell me what is the Wu – Yi Burn? Is it a multi vitemin? Can I take it if Im already taking multi vitimins?
I also paid $4.99 for the acai burn and also $4.99 for the Wu – Yi tea. I recived the tea and Wu-ti burn and also got a sample bottle of Acai burn. Only 8 in the container. (wow) lol I have had payments deducted from my credit card every month for 6 months. I couldn’t find a contact to stop it. I had to cancel my credit card. I spent over $80 on an 8 sample bottle. How do I take these products? Altogether?

TOTALLY AGREE… AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DO NOT buy this product! My Mum got stung by this scam. She purchased the Acai Burn and was sent Wu-Yi Burn. Not only did she not receive the expected product, the company kept withdrawing money from her credit card as ‘fees’. She eventually had to go to her financial institution and cancel her credit card as the company couldn’t be contacted. She did take the pills and they worked but overall it left a bitter taste in her mouth. You can apparently buy Acai products from good health food store. I strongly suggest doing this instead of being caught up in the online scam.

I would normally not have posted MariaF’s comment as it is technically spam. However, if someone wants to try this in my opinion useless supplement, it might not be a bad idea to make a one time purchase from Ebay. In that way you will at least not be locked into an autoship scam.

I too!!!! The link was ‘comment j’ai perdu 35 livres en 2 mois’ with 2 free trial but not free. I pay the shipping and after 14nd from order they charged me 60$ US on ACAIBURN and 79.95$ US on PURE-G-Health the same day so I cancel immediately my credit card (VISA).
So i don’t have anymore credit card and they can’t charged me again because all the preauthorisation are canceled

I too have been completely ripped off – after having been assured that I could get a refund when I received wu-yi instead of acai, i wasn’t, and have noticed various different amounts being credited from my account. These amount to £145 GBP in total, with large sums and smaller ‘membership’ amounts, yet I have nothing to show for it! I have been trying to get through and can’t – am not sure what to do next…any clues? I live in fear of being sucked dry from these criminals – I just hope people read this before they get involved with this obvious scam!
