I telephoned them tonight & whoever was on the other end of the phone must be on work experience or something was unable to help me..they are unable to track my order, as I kept the receipt when returned the berries & they refuse to credit my account entirely....who can I speak to about getting my money back as I am not getting any satisfaction here!...looks like I will have to go down the route of cancelling my debit card to stop those thieves from getting more money! I usually look for reviews on everything i buy on the net,however this time i jumped on board without checking (dummy) and i have had nothing but trouble since.. i have even got confirmed emails accepting my cancellation from the company , but still money keeps coming out..i have now cancelled my credit card :-( well i was a really stupid person who got hooked for this on the spur of the moment.
